​Some of my key accomplishments are/were:   

 

• Directed and empowered the interior design and branding team through all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring strict budget control and alignment with market trends.  

 

• Facilitate and drive weekly cross-functional meetings with teams from marketing, leasing, branding, design, construction, and external consultants to ensure seamless and cohesive project execution.​​

​

• FFE Selection, Procurement, and Installation. Including all artwork, gym equipment, Luxor One, and Interior Plantscaping.

​

• Review and approve all interior related RFI and Submittals as Owner Representative.

​

• Perform by-weekly site visits to ensure progress is per Owner's expectations.
