Sales center for 723 new, ground-up for-sale condominium homes built in three separate concrete high-rise buildings with ground floor retail and underground parking.

2,000 sf shell transformed into 2,800 sf showroom by adding a mezzanine.

Major Accomplishments:

Space planned, Designed and Managed the process and collaboration between branding company, FARM from San Diego, developers, (Williams & Dame and Gerding Edlen), and contractor Howard S Wright.
Hired and managed the Architect to complete the CD's and obtain permits.
