• Defined architectural identity by conceptualizing and executing interior designs for lobbies, amenities, and corridors in 5-over-2 structure housing 75 units.

• Aligned interior spaces with client objectives, optimizing exterior architecture, construction solutions, and enhancing long-term maintenance efficiency.
