The project features an abundance of lifestyle amenities tailored to downtown residents including a resort-like pool deck complete with a spa, cabanas, lounge areas and BBQs, a large gym with outdoor cycling, yoga studio, community rooms with two kitchens, and an outdoor roof deck.  Designed with pets in mind, the community offers two dog run areas and a full-service dog-wash station.

Some of my key accomplishments were:   

• Directed and empowered the interior design and branding team through all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring strict budget control and alignment with market trends.  

• Facilitated and drove weekly cross-functional meetings with teams from marketing, leasing, branding, design, construction, and external consultants to ensure seamless and cohesive project execution.
